Connect an AI assistant to NextX

Any MCP-capable AI assistant works: ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, Grok, VS Code, Windsurf…

Option 1 — Just the URL (sign in to NextX) recommended

In the assistant you use, open the add MCP server / connector setting → paste the URL below → Connect. Clients that support OAuth open the sign-in screen themselves.

Connect → sign in to NextX → pick a workspace → tick permissions → Allow. Done.

No key needed. Disconnect any time in the NextX app › Connected AI apps; the AI never gets more than your own permissions.

Option 2 — API key (servers, n8n, self-hosting)

Create an AI Agent key in the app and send it as Authorization: Bearer nxk_….
