Guide

Connect n8n / Make without code

Use the built-in HTTP node and an API key: push leads into CRM, read data on a schedule, receive events by webhook.

  1. 1Store the API key

    Create a key in the app and keep it in Credentials (n8n) or Keys (Make), never pasted into the node.

  2. 2Push a lead into CRM

    HTTP Request node (n8n) or HTTP › Make a request (Make): POST, header X-Api-Key, JSON body. Add an Idempotency-Key so reruns never create duplicates.

    HTTP Request
    POST https://api.nextx.vn/api/v1/crm/integrations/leads
    X-Api-Key: {{ $credentials.apiKey }}
    Content-Type: application/json
    Idempotency-Key: {{ $json.formId }}

    { "fullName": "{{ $json.name }}", "phone": "{{ $json.phone }}", "email": "{{ $json.email }}", "source": "n8n" }

  3. 3Read data on a schedule

    A Schedule + HTTP Request node calls a read tool over REST, for example new contacts for a daily report.

    curl
    curl -X POST https://api.nextx.vn/api/v1/ai/tools/crm/crm_appointments_query/read \
      -H "X-Api-Key: $API_KEY" -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
      -d '{"op":"group","groupBy":"status"}'

  4. 4Receive events

    Create a Webhook node (n8n) or Custom webhook (Make), paste its URL into Webhooks in the app and enable the events you need.
